Two copies of the abstract typed on A4 size papers along with CD should be mailed to the Organizing Secretary. E-mailed abstracts in word formation are acceptable.

The abstract must include Title, Author(s) and institutional affiliation. The text of the abstract should start from a fresh line and state the Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions clearly in paragraph. It should be within 250 words typed in double space.

Andhra University administration will be providing the 3000 capacity airconditioned (A/C) Auditorium for the inaugural session. The university will also provide the beautiful platinum jubilee guest house. There is a well furnished and brand new 250 person capacity A/C conference hall and 150 capacity A/C hall. This is relatively very economic, compared to the Hotel conference hall and includes 30 air-conditioned deluxe double rooms + 10 ordinary double rooms for a total of 40 rooms. Every room has a beautiful sea view. The charges for the deluxe room is Rs. 1200/- (30USD) per night and for the ordinary room is Rs. 800/- (20USD) per day.
