In Person: Rs.400/- for General and Rs.150/- for SC / ST candidates
By Post: Rs.450/- for General and Rs.200/- for SC / ST candidates
Through Website: Rs.200/- for General and Rs.75/- for SC / ST candidates

Mode of Payment (Cash and DD):
Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad", on State Bank of India, Hyderabad Central University Campus Branch, Hyderabad (Code 5916) or on Andhra Bank, Nampally Branch, Hyderabad (Code 378).
Application Forms:

• In Person: Prospectus-cum-Application Forms can be obtained in person from 06.4.2009 to 30.4.2009 from the Academic Section, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Administration Building in the University Campus, Hyderabad - 500 046 or from Golden Threshold (GT) premises of the University, Nampally Station Road, Hyderabad 500 001", against cash payment.
  
  
• By Post: The Prospectus-cum-Application Form/s can also be obtained by ordinary post up to 23.4.2009 from the Dy. Registrar (Acad. & Exams), University of Hyderabad, P.O. Central University, Hyderabad - 500 046 by sending (a) a requisition, (b) one self-addressed adhesive sticker/slip, and (c) a crossed demand draft for the amount specified for the respective category i.e., Rs.450/- in the case of General & OBC Category and Rs. 200/- in the case of SC/ST/PH categories for each copy of prospectus-cum-application form which includes Rs. 50/- towards the ordinary postal charges, drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad, on State Bank of India, Hyderabad Central University Campus Branch, Hyderabad (Code 5916) or on Andhra Bank, Nampally Branch, Hyderabad (Code 378).
  
  
• Through Website: The Prospectus-cum-Application Form can also be downloaded from the University's website www.uohyd.ernet.in(available from 02.4.2009 to 30.4.2009) and duly filled in such application/s must be sent to the Deputy Registrar (Acad & Exams) to the above address enclosing there with a bank draft of Rs.200/- for each course in the case of General & OBC Category and Rs.75/- for each course in the case of SC/ST/PH categories, so as to reach him before 30.4.2009. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
