Indian Maritime University announces admissions in B.Sc. (Nautical Science) programme commencing from 01.08.2009. This course is aimed at orienting the cadets for the equivalent life at sea by providing vocationally oriented education and training so as to help them become officers in the Merchant Navy.

Mode of Payment (DD):
Demand Draft in favour of "Indian Maritime University" payable at Chennai.
Application Forms:

• In Person: Prospectus can be obtained from IMU on weekdays (working hours) on payment of Rs.100/- in cash from 15th April 09.
  
• Through Website: Application can be downloaded from www.imu.tn.nic.in. The filled in application form (Form A) along with the requisite fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.600/- in case of downloaded forms) by DD drawn in favour of Indian Maritime University payable at Chennai, should reach in an envelope superscribed application form for B.Sc. (Nautical Science) to the Head/Nautical science), IMU, Chennai on or before 29th May 09.
